Yes, Soapy returns from the great beyond. How about a whole strip like this? How time consuming would that be...I'm quite positive this was done manually.
Hi guys... it was drawn in Flash with a extension that makes it easy to do pixel art... it can be downloaded for free here:

It's pretty cool, it makes it so you can add pixel based tools into your toolbar in flash.
