Don't let Frog the Frog go through with it.
Think of Don Knots and Jim Neighbors -- they left Andy Griffith's side and became more than sidekicks, they were stars of their own movies and shows! Not to mention Jim Neighbors' singing career!
What about Dennis Weaver -- he stepped out of the shadow of Marshall Dillon and "Gentle Ben" and became a leading man in "Duel" and "McCloud"!
"Laverne and Shirley" sidekick Michael McKean became the star of "Spinal Tap."
Daffy Duck stepped out of Bugs Bunny's shadow to star in his own cartoons.
Robin left Batman to become Nightwing. Yawn, but still worth noting.
Don't let Frog the Frog give up hope!
